This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data when you visit or make a purchase from boardsync.app (“Website” or “Site”). The Website is operated by MagnifiCode LTD (the “Company“), a company organized under the laws of the state of Israel. We are committed to complying with the applicable provisions of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 and have published this guide to help you understand how and why we collect information from you, to whom such information is disclosed and what your rights are.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the website.

All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in Terms and Conditions.

Personal information
When you visit the Site, we may collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, time zone, cookies, information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Additionally, we collect, among other:
● E-mail address: we store it in our database to allow you to login to the application using a magic link. Your e-mail address will be kept for an indefinite period of time, until you decide to unsubscribe from the app.
● IP Address: We store your visiting behavior and the information sent by your web browser to determine how our website is used.

● monday user ID – allows us to access your board information to store it in big query

● Google credentials – stored in the strictest security measures, allows us to access your big query account and store your data there.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.

We also use cookies on our website to provide you with essential features and services, to provide social media features and to analyze our traffic and retarget.

We may share your personal data with business partners and third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligations. We also may provide your personal data to third parties in other cases, but only with your express consent. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into an agreement with the processor to ensure the same level of security and to control the confidentiality of your data.

We use the information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
Additionally, we may use this Order Information to:

Website Security
In order to protect our website against hackers and other malicious parties, we use a security plug-in. This plug-in processes the IP address of visitors to our website for this purpose.

In addition, we actively check on a weekly basis whether our CRM and plug-ins are up to date and update them immediately if available.

This API ensures the protection and controlled access to critical information, maintaining the security and integrity of the application.


Handling of Google User Data

Scope and Consent

Our application, BoardSync, integrates with Google BigQuery to facilitate a seamless data transfer experience for our users. By using BoardSync, you grant us permission to access your Google BigQuery dataset for the specific purpose of writing data from your Monday board to a Google BigQuery table and dataset of your choice.

Data Access and Use

BoardSync accesses your Google BigQuery data strictly to perform the data transfer operations as instructed by you. Our application does not use Google user data for any purpose other than to fulfill the service you have requested. Specifically, we:

  • Read data from your Monday.com board based on your configuration and selections.
  • Write this data directly to your specified Google BigQuery table and dataset.
Data Storage and Sharing

To ensure the privacy and security of your data:

  • No Storage on Our Servers: BoardSync does not store, retain, or have any form of persistent access to the data transferred from Monday.com to Google BigQuery. All data transfer operations occur in real time, and no copy of your data is kept on our servers.
  • No Data Sharing: We do not share your Google user data with third parties. Your data is directly transferred to your Google BigQuery account without any intermediate storage or access by external entities.
User Control and Transparency

As a user, you have full control over the data being transferred and the destination within your Google BigQuery account. You can modify or revoke our access to your Google BigQuery data at any time through your Google account settings.

Compliance and Security
BoardSync’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
