Application Installation Guide for BoardSync monday app:

Thank you for choosing our application! This guide will walk you through the process of installing our application within the Monday app. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a successful installation.

Prerequisites – Before proceeding with the installation, please make sure you have the following:

1. An active account on monday.com.

2. Sufficient permissions to install integrations.

Installation Steps Follow these steps to install our application within the monday app:

Step 1: Access monday app marketplace (or click the “Add to monday” button below, and proceed to step 5)

• • • Log in to your monday.com account.

    • Click on the “Apps” icon located on the left-hand sidebar.

    • In the Apps section, click on the “More Apps” button.

Step 2: Search for our application

• • In the monday app marketplace, use the search bar to find our application.

  • Type the "monday to bigquery", select the app press Enter.

Step 3: Select our application

• • From the search results, locate our application.

  • Click on the application monday to view its details.

    Step 4: Install our application

  • • On the application details page, click on the “Install” button.

    • A confirmation dialog will appear. Click on “Install” again to proceed

  We recommend to do this on a new tab so you can still read this tutorial.

Step 5: Configure the application

• • After the clicking on the above link, you’ll see this screen:
    

  • Click install and you’ll be redirected to the application’s configuration page.

  • Then you’ll see the app installed in your installed apps:

  • In application click the Connect button, it will open a new window to authorize application in monday.

  • Now go to the board you would like to sync into big query and click on integrate:
    
  • Search for the term “bigquery” and select BigQuery integration
    
  • Then under templates select “Every time period sync board to Google BigQuery”
    

  • In this authorization window click on the button Authorize – it will authorize application and automatically will close the window.
    

  • Now you will see a form to provide a credentials to connect to the Google BigQuery.
